I understand that life happens, and appointments sometimes must be canceled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know 24 hours or more in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice or no notice at all will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their appointment will be considered a “no show” and will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment
